The challenge

An inspection concept needed a complete path from uploaded media and labeled examples to model versions and rules-based inspection results.

The work

Built a local workflow for dataset upload, frame extraction, annotation, training jobs, model registration and inspection rules, with an administration interface and background workers.

What the project demonstrates

Project records report local end-to-end validation of the backend and administration workflow using sample data. The trainer is a simplified stand-in, not a production object detector. Mobile capture and real-world model performance remain unverified.
