What can a cloud engagement include?
Discuss application deployment, infrastructure configuration, release workflows, monitoring and cloud cost review. Each proposal defines the deliverables and the access needed.
How much is monthly maintenance?
Monthly support ranges from US$500 to US$5,000. The final scope depends on the application, included effort, support coverage and improvement backlog.
What does support cover?
A support agreement may include bug fixes, dependency updates, monitoring review and prioritized improvements. Included tasks, hours, response targets and escalation arrangements are specified in the agreement. Round-the-clock support is not assumed.
Are cloud bills included?
Cloud usage, software licenses and other third-party charges are scoped separately. Project-based cloud work falls within the US$1,000 to US$50,000 project range, depending on requirements.
